The Indian Anthropological Association in collaboration with Anthropology Without Borders organized a virtual International Workshop Improvising Strategies of Social Research: Methodological Concerns from August 12-13, 2020. The themes of the workshop were: Fear, Uncertainty and Ethics of Social Research | Reviewing and Analyzing Secondary Literature | Realigning Logistics of Research | Researching Gender Issues | Researching the North East of India | Research through Visuals and Media | Public and Corporate Policies | Public Health Concerns and Practices on the Ground | Mental Health and Disability Access.

2018 | Building Intercultural Competency: Perspectives from India and Italy

The Indian Anthropological Association, Department of Anthropology, University of Delhi in collaboration with Utkal University, India and University of Bologna, Italy, organized an International Workshop on "Building Intercultural Competency: Perspectives from India and Italy" on 20th September 2018 at Conference Hall, International Guest House, University of Delhi. A team of 29 students and three professors from University of Milano and University of Bologna (Italy) attended the workshop and interacted with faculty and research scholars from Department of Anthropology, University of Delhi, IGNOU and Utkal University.
